Essington offers a versatile room for hire that can be used for various celebrations such as birthdays, engagement parties and family gatherings.
Additionally, Essington Rugby Club also caters for business functions. We offer complimentary wi-fi, plus a projector and screen.
The room has a capacity to accommodate up to 120 people, providing ample space for your event. Furthermore, Essington provides car parking facilities, ensuring convenience for your guests.
Essington RFC has a welcoming, comprehensive and fully licensed bar (staff included).Room hire charges start at £150 (depending on your requirements) plus a £50 returnable bond is required.
We are more than happy for you to come down and have a look at the room before you decide if the venue is suitable for your occasion.
We are usually here between 7.30pm & 9:00pm on a Wednesday for training. During rugby season, for home games we are here between 2:00pm and 6:00pm on a Saturday. (Unless adverse weather or other issue). Please call to check.
There is also the option for regular long term hire of the room, e.g. for a social group, class or organization.
