All welcome - old or new to Rugby
All are welcome. Including those who just want to try out Rugby/ get fitter or just join the club.
Suggested Clothing: (Rugby) shorts, Upper body layers from t-shirts, rugby shirts, training top etc. Must have Rugby/football boots(must have aluminium studs or moulded)
Training takes place on Wednesdays 7.15 for 7.30 start til 9.00pm
Training will include, Fitness and Rugby training
We try to run 3 men’s teams so all levels of ability, age and fitness are needed.
Coach - Adam Smith
Mixed Touch Rugby, which includes men and women. It takes place every Thursday 8.00pm to 9.00pm.
All abilities are welcome, we are a friendly, social, rugby playing club
